Patient:

Child, 3 years old, Kyrgyzstan

Physician:

Prof. Dr. med. Martin Scholz, Head of Neurosurgery Department, Sana Hospital Duisburg

Expert Opinion by Prof. Martin Scholz:

The provided imaging demonstrates a new mass lesion on the left side, extending from the site of the primary tumor resection and exerting significant mass effect on adjacent brain structures.

We can perform a surgical resection of the tumor; however, given its nature, the procedure must be carried out as soon as possible. Following surgery, targeted adjuvant chemotherapy will be required, which can be safely administered at a medical center in your home country.

Preliminary Cost Estimate: €29,000
